These Terms and Conditions of Use (T&Cs) define the rules applicable to the access and use of the Humanmap service, a platform dedicated to the creation and management of interactive organizational charts. By using our service, you fully and unreservedly accept these T&Cs.
Humanmap offers an online service that allows users to create, modify, and share organizational charts. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time without prior notice, particularly for technical or legal reasons.
Access to premium features requires the creation of a user account with accurate and up-to-date information (name, email address, organization, etc.). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities conducted under your account. In the event of unauthorized use, you must inform us immediately.
We collect the data necessary for providing the service, including name, email address, and organizational information. Payment data is processed by our provider Stripe, ensuring security and confidentiality. Data is retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy, typically for a minimum of 365 days, and may be used for analysis or marketing purposes in compliance with applicable laws.
We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience, analyze the use of our platform, and offer you tailored content. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings.
You agree to use Humanmap in compliance with applicable laws and not to distribute any illegal, hateful, violent content, or content that infringes on the rights of third parties. Any violation may result in the immediate suspension of your account and access to the service, without prior notice.
Payments are processed via Stripe. Humanmap may offer a free trial period, after which the subscription or service becomes chargeable according to the current rates. Fees paid are non-refundable, except in cases of manifest error or significant technical malfunction preventing use of the service.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, only in cases of billing errors or verified technical issues. Any request must be sent promptly to our customer service.
The service is provided 'as is', without any express or implied warranties of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Humanmap shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the service. Technical support is available by email at [email protected].
Humanmap reserves the right to modify the service or these T&Cs at any time. Any significant change will be communicated to you via email. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
All rights relating to the service, its content, software, and trademarks belong to Humanmap or its partners. You retain ownership of your own content, and we claim no rights over it.
Humanmap disclaims any responsibility for third-party content accessible through our service, including external links or integrations.
Humanmap shall not be held responsible for non-performance or delays caused by events of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
You agree that all communications related to the T&Cs, including notifications, may be sent to you electronically. It is your responsibility to keep copies of such communications.
Any feedback, suggestion, or comment submitted to Humanmap becomes our exclusive property without compensation. We are free to use them to improve our services.
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal action. The competent court will be that of Humanmap's registered office.
Humanmap may assign or transfer these T&Cs in the event of a merger, acquisition, or change of ownership. The failure to exercise a right shall not constitute a waiver. If any clause is deemed invalid, the remaining clauses shall remain fully effective.
