We offer a Free plan that is available indefinitely at no cost, with no credit card required. For paid plans (Starter, Professional), we offer a 14-day free trial period. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. Plan details and pricing are available on our website and may be updated from time to time.

6.2 Free Trial and Billing

• The Free plan is available forever at no cost with no credit card required
• Paid plans include a 14-day free trial period
• A valid payment method is required to start a trial for paid plans
• After the trial period ends, billing begins automatically unless you cancel before the trial expires
• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Monthly plans: cancel anytime with no commitment. Annual plans: you commit for the billed year; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We may suspend access for overdue accounts
• Price changes will be communicated with advance notice

6.3 Refunds and Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. For monthly plans, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month. For annual plans, cancellation takes effect at the end of the billed year. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Please contact our support team to discuss your specific situation.

6.4 Fair Use Policy

Paid plans include unlimited storage for organizational data. This storage is provided under a fair use policy intended for normal business operations. HumanMap reserves the right to contact accounts with unusually high storage consumption to ensure the service is being used in accordance with its intended purpose.
